ServeScore is designed for factual field reports about payment reliability, service quality, communication, and whether the work relationship was handled fairly.
Independent submissions
Published reviews and company replies are submitted by independent users. Moderation checks whether content fits the site standard; it does not mean ServeScore adopts a reviewer's opinion as its own.
Balanced reports
Specific experiences about what went well, what needed attention, payment timing, job details, and whether the company handled problems professionally.
Removed from scorecards
Threats, private personal information, unsupported accusations, spam, or reports from people who did not work with the company.
Company replies
Verified company representatives may respond with factual context. Replies are held to the same standard as field reports so both sides stay accountable.
