Moderation policy
ServeScore publishes reviews that users attest are based on firsthand work from both sides of the relationship. Each review uses criteria that match who hired whom.
Review received. The submission stays private.
Content checked. Moderation reviews context, privacy, balance, and guideline compliance.
A decision is made. The review is published, returned for edits, or rejected.
Reviews and business replies are submitted by independent users. Moderation checks whether the submission describes firsthand context, protects privacy, adds useful detail, and follows the publishing guidelines. ServeScore does not independently verify every factual statement or adopt a reviewer's opinion as its own.
Process servers rate payment timing, assignment quality, and communication from organizations that send work. Hiring clients rate overall experience, service quality and follow-through, and communication from process-serving companies.
ServeScore may reject or remove threats, private personal information, unsupported accusations, spam, and reviews whose submitters do not attest to direct work with the listed business.
Representatives with an approved claim may respond with factual context. Replies are held to the same publishing standard as reviews so both sides stay accountable.
