Independent reviews
ServeScore is an open review marketplace for submitted field reports. Reviews, ratings, replies, and score details reflect the independent experiences and opinions of their submitters. They do not necessarily reflect the views of ServeScore, its owners, partners, advertisers, contractors, affiliates, or any business listed on the site.
Use direct experience
Submit reports only about companies you personally worked with. Do not submit rumors, secondhand disputes, or claims you cannot explain with facts.
Keep reports fair
Reports should include what went well and what needed attention. Private personal information, threats, spam, and unsupported accusations are not allowed.
Moderation decisions
ServeScore may approve, reject, or hold submissions for edits. Company replies and correction requests are reviewed under the same factual standard.
Account responsibility
Use an email address you control and keep account details accurate. Company representative accounts may be asked to verify their connection to a company.
No guarantee of outcome
Scorecards summarize submitted field reports. They are not legal, financial, employment, or collection advice.
